“To boost my income, I trained as a massage therapist.
I picked massage therapy because it’s one skill that allows me the kind of ‘work
hour’ flexibility I want without affecting my income opportunities. Initially,
my husband was wary of it but with a lot of talking, I was able to convince him
that there was nothing wrong with my new job. Sadly, all my efforts are for
nothing now as a recent event at one of my work places got him upset and he
asked me to stop taking massage jobs.
My work week consists of about twenty hours,
or more sometimes, spread across different hotels and spas. One afternoon, we were
called in for a meeting with the hotel manager and when we got there, a video
was played for us. One of the therapists had doled out ‘extras’ for extra money
without knowing there were cameras in the massage rooms. In the video, she had just
massaged a man for a few minutes when he turned, grabbed her and asked her to
help him finish off as he was tense in the lower region. The stupid girl didn’t
even take much convincing and within seconds, she and the guy got ‘busy’.
We all turned to look at the culprit as she
began to cry – crocodile tears as far as I’m concerned. While others whispered
and sneered, all I could think of was that my career was over as my husband
would never allow me do massage jobs once he hears this. After all the effort
it took to convince him ….
Maintaining a good reputation in the business is
so hard because of the many bad eggs in it but there are many of us who are
core professionals. To avoid nonsense like this, I even restricted my jobs to
the very big hotels as they had clear policies of behavior and did not tolerate
such. Yet, this foolish girl came in and displayed her stupidity and lack of
scruples. I thought about not telling my husband but I was referred to that
particular hotel by a family friend so I knew the guy would definitely mention
it. Of course, my husband asked me not to take any more jobs and despite my
wanting to argue it, I conceded for the sake of peace. So annoying!

Ridiculous idea, riddiculous professional, a woman massaging a virile man. And you call that professional work, how long will this yam last with the goats? I thought that the professional thing to do is for guys to massage guys. Serious professional indeed.

Annoyed professional do not put sand sand in my gari o. I have been working with these pofessional lady massagers or pleasurers as I usually call them. We always had swell times together. Some of them can be really 'good' in what they do and more. You know what I mean. Marital status means nothing to them. Women should massage men, it gets more interesting when they start massaging the lower back and my thighs. I won't go into details here sha. So let the status quo remain.

anon 4.22, you sound vey uptight about the comments of an apparently jolly good fellow. Its funny you don't find any thing 'slightly out of order' in a young/middle-agedd/old lady doing a full body massage on a virile young/middle-aged/old man. I will not encourage it and I am a very liberal person.
It is not definifely out of order if a man being massaged by a woman makes a pass at her. Depending on the moral or economic disposition of the woman she may accept or reject. For the man it is a peck associated with the massage, for the woman it is a hazard of the profession.
and I say I don't mind my wife massaging other men. I trust her. In anycase she is beautiful and I don't mind sharing her with deserving and well 'massaged' guys. So my dear lady massager, what sort of man is you husband? A mean dude? A bad democrat?
@anon 5:15, u're right. am being uptight. its just that i know someone like this who had to stop work because of unscrupulous girls like the one in the story. and as for massage, someone must massage someone. i dont see the big deal. me, i cant do it cos i think its gross to do a job that involves you touching people's bare bodies all the time but then, i also cant do medicine either so am not judging anyone who can. chikena
@wordly plato, you hit the nail on the head. simple talk. the massagee has right to propose rubbish and massager has right to accept or refuse. as long as they all obey the rules of engagement which includes the rules of the establishment where the act is happening
Unfortunately, in this sweet matter of the flesh, it is sweeter to flout some rule or the other. It garnishes the act. Too bad for the establishment where it is happening. The more kinky, the better.
